1. Customer Relations Executive

           Full time | Position based at Aina Retail Pvt Ltd, Kannur

We are seeking a dynamic team member who is excited to connect with our customers.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer calls and email inquiries regarding products and brand.
• Respond to customer queries on social media DMs, emails, messages, and calls.
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
• Keep track of return shipments, process refunds and exchanges.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests. 
• Maintain and update regular client correspondence.

1. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Ability to handle pressure

Salary: 18K per month

2. Photographer / Content Creator

           Full time | Position based at Aina Retail Pvt Ltd, Kannur

We are seeking a dynamic team member who is excited to plan and create visual content for our brand.

Key responsibilities:

• Create visual content for our website and social media
• Execute exceptional product shoots for showcasing our products on our website
• Create images and videos for our social media handles and promotions
• Plan, design and create a social media grid in line with our design aesthetics
• Process images using latest photo editing software
• Keep track of latest trends and ensure continuous improvement of our digital media content

The kind of person we are looking for:

1. Knowledge of DSLR, natural lighting, indoor and studio lighting techniques
2. Has experience working with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Lightroom and similar programs
3. Maintain high standards of creative output
4. Strong work ethic
